Im saying that there is a *decently sized* NA bhop community that could use a good NA whitelist. the current ones arent very hot.

There is a large community of NA bhoppers that need a readily accessible whitelist to join and i think recess would be a great opportunity for that. make a NA hosted bhop whitelist :^)
